After three months of dating, in 2004, Britney married her backup dancer, Kevin Federline.
Britney and Kevin got married in an intimate wedding in their then-home in Studio City, California.

After their wedding, Spears spoke to PEOPLE telling them: "I just thought it would be too much if we had done it when we were supposed to.

The pair dated for two years before deciding to call it quits.
